"I've joined this place as an adult and the coaches here are very good and well experienced. When i joined i had zero back flexibility and no balance, but with just one month of training and classes i have learned handstand, bridge and get up and also learned the front flips, cart wheels, they understand each individuals and have big well maintained gymnastics centre and teach you what you want to learn with a personalised plan and work on you. Mithun is owner of this place he keeps touch with you how classes are going on and Supriyo, shouvik and Abhay sir all of them are very well trained , good coaches !
